Development of the company R.S.A. Schweißtechnik GmbH in 2000
After almost 20 years of experience Dikkol and Demirci decided to become independent and worked more than 5 years in ownership, before they merged to a company for welding technology in year 2000.
In June 2000, the company R.S.A. Schweißtechnik GmbH was founded with an initial 3 employees. Since then mainly they work in pipeline construction, welding technology on assembly.
In the same year was also request the employee assignment at the regional labor office (Landesarbeitsamt) as a second income.
The approval was to the employee assignment granted in 2000 (now permanent) and so was able the workforce by the end of the first financial year be increased to 8 employees already. By individual initiative of the management and the commercial section took place advertisements at companies and in various newspapers.
Confirmed though the excellent performance of the completed works on construction sites the company RSA GmbH has a proper place in the awarding of contracts.
The welding technology section is covered by experienced welders with exams in E-TIG-MIG-MAG. They work after technical draws in the pipeline construction, isometric drawings and aid drawings. Naturally, is that the welding seams are professionally processed and X-ray safety. Assembly work on the pipeline construction and welding technology are running at home and abroad. In the case of bottlenecks the managers always ready to step in industrialized building, which happens from time to time and characterizes the proximity to the employees in a positive way.
In our workshop there is also the possibility of individual small plants, such as: configure secondary circuits, pump stations and capacitors etc...
